Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy (August 9 2007)

eChapter.ca is the registrar and all invoicing, payment collection, cancellation notices and refunds will be processed by eChapter.ca.

If the event registrar receives a cancellation by e-mail more than 4 business days prior to an event, a full refund will be made for the amount of the event fee paid.

If the registrar receives a cancellation by e-mail within 4 business days of the event, no refunds will be given, however a substitution to attend the event is allowed.

The registrant shall be responsible for the full amount of the applicable FMI member or non member event fee should the registrant or substitute not attend the event.

Substitutions may be made at any time until the event. Please provide the name and contact information when notifying us of a substitution. A substitution of a non FMI member for a FMI member may result in the non member event fee being charged.
